Returns & Refunds Policy

At OFFWATERS, we are committed to delivering premium-quality performance towels. Due to the personal and hygiene-sensitive nature of towels, we do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been delivered.

Returns

To maintain hygiene standards for all customers, all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations after an order has been shipped and delivered.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will gladly provide a replacement or refund.

To be eligible, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and provide:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged or defective product

  • Photos of the packaging (if applicable)

Once reviewed and approved, we will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund to your original payment method.
